  • MY ROLE

    After the inaugural season of "Civics for the Culture," I was brought on to elevate the show's branding and develop a digital strategy aimed at boosting viewership. I spearheaded the revamp of the content strategy, visual brand identity, tone of voice, and overall production process for 16 new episodes, resulting in a 30% increase in viewership.

    To streamline the scriptwriting and research process, I launched a writers' camp, collaborating closely with the Off Tha Record production team to ensure each episode was polished and engaging.

    Additionally, I Created earned media campaigns to engage new audiences, generating national coverage by Harper’s Bazaar, Paper Magazine, NOWThis, Cosmopolitan while increasing engagement rates across social platforms.

    Leading a talented team of 15 creatives, I ensured a cohesive and high-quality production throughout. This role allowed me to merge my creative vision with hands-on leadership, driving the success of the project and significantly expanding its audience.
